Neelam Dalal

Neelam Dalal is located at 102 Sec A Sukhliya in Indore. Sukhliya is a residential area that has grown quite a bit over the years, and being in Section A means we are right in the middle of a lot of homes and local shops. The setup here is quite modest. It’s not some high-rise office building with a receptionist at a marble desk or a fountain in the lobby. Instead, it’s a more personal space where Neelam handles the daily business. We’ve found that being in a neighborhood like this makes it easier to connect with the people who live nearby. The atmosphere is generally relaxed, though there are always chores and tasks that keep us on our toes throughout the week. You might hear children playing outside or the sound of someone’s scooter starting up down the street. It feels very much like a community spot where people actually know each other. Inside, things are organized in a way that makes sense for us, even if it looks a little cluttered to an outsider sometimes. We don’t follow a strict corporate dress code or have long meetings about things that don't matter. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we do it. Whether it's paperwork or meeting with someone, we keep the conversation simple and honest. Indore is a great place to be, and Sukhliya has its own charm that we’ve come to appreciate over time.
