We deal with the technical side of farming. It's a mix of agriculture and technology, trying to find tools that actually help people in the field. The office isn't huge, but it's where we figure out the logistics and the tech stuff. We spend a lot of our time looking at how to make crop growing more efficient without making it too complicated. Farming is already hard enough as it is. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just trying to provide some useful ways to help from our office. Sometimes things get a bit hectic with all the meetings and calls, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a private company in this sector. We have a small team of people. Most of us have been around plants and dirt our whole lives, so we know what's real and what's just talk. We keep our operations pretty straightforward. No fancy lobby or anything like that, just desks and a lot of talk about soil health and better equipment. It’s practical work. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we’re still figuring out new ways to be useful to the local farming scene. We just do our work and see what happens each day.
