Nakoda Catrers

Nakoda Catrers is based out of 45, Patrakar Colony. We are right on the Kanadiya Main Road in Indore. It is a good location for us because we can get to different parts of the city fairly easily from here. Cooking for large groups is what we do every day. Our kitchen is usually a noisy place with a lot of chopping and stirring going on. We started this because we enjoy food and wanted to make a living out of it. Patrakar Colony is a nice area and we have many regulars who live nearby. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us working out of our space on Kanadiya Road. When someone has a wedding or a small party, they give us a call or drop by the colony to see us. We talk about the menu and what they like. Sometimes things get a bit crazy during the wedding season, and we are working late into the night, but that is expected in the catering line. We try to keep things simple and honest. We use what we have and do the work the way we were taught. It is a family-run kind of feel here. We don't spend money on fancy flyers. People know us for the food we make and that is enough for us. We just keep our heads down and cook.
