Mukunda Welfare Foundation

We are located over at 1/6 Manormaganj in Indore, right near the Geeta Bhawan area. Mukunda Welfare Foundation is basically just a group of us who wanted to do something useful for the folks living around here. It isn't a huge operation with fancy carpets or anything like that. If you walk into our place, you'll see a couple of desks and some old files stacked up. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and the 452007 zip code is where we spend most of our time. Sometimes the traffic near Geeta Bhawan gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing where everything is perfectly timed and planned out. Most days, someone just drops by with a question or a problem, and we see what we can do to help them out. It's pretty straightforward work. We don't have a lot of staff, so if you call and nobody picks up, we are probably out somewhere in the city. Indore is changing fast, but our little spot in Manormaganj stays pretty much the same. We just want to keep things going and be there for the people who know us. It is honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. Just local people trying to make things a little better for everyone else in the neighborhood.
