Modern Paints Chemicals

This place, Modern Paints Chemicals, is located over in Sector-A of the Sanwer Road industrial area. It's number 51-B. If you know the area, it's mostly factories and warehouses around here. It can get pretty loud with the trucks moving in and out all day. We have been in this unit for some time now. It is not a showroom or anything. It's more of a workspace where we keep the stock and handle orders. The floors are usually stained with a bit of color because of what we do. That is just how it is when you work with paints and chemicals every day. We spend a lot of time checking containers and making sure things are where they should be on the racks. It is hot in the summer under the metal roof, but we have a few fans going. We aren't big on decorations or anything fancy. There is a desk, some chairs for when people stop by, and a lot of shelves filled with buckets. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers or looking at labels on the cans. We have a routine that works for us. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't used to the industrial zone, but this is where the work happens. We just try to keep things organized as much as we can. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a marketing team. It's just us at the shop.
