Mittal Technopack Pvt. Ltd. is located at M-34 in Veena Nagar. It’s a bit of a trek from the main part of town, which means it’s a little quieter around here, though the trucks still make plenty of noise. Our place is basically a large shed with a small office built into one side. It’s not a polished corporate environment. The floor is concrete, and there’s always a bit of dust in the air from the production process. We have a few computers in the office that are getting a bit old, but they still do the job for our invoicing. Most of us spend the day on the floor rather than sitting behind a desk. We don't have a formal hierarchy; everyone just knows what they need to do. When a machine acts up, we all huddle around to see how to fix it. We drink a lot of tea and usually eat our lunch together on the benches outside. The building itself has seen better days, and the roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains really hard, but we manage. We don’t have a HR department or a marketing team. We just have a bunch of people who know how to run the equipment and get the technopack orders ready. It’s a very hands-on operation. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep the workflow steady without any unnecessary stress.
