If you've ever had a printer jam right when you're in a big hurry, you know exactly why we're here at Sunrise Tower. We spend most of our days covered in ink and toner at Shree Balaji Printer Services. It’s right across from Treasure Island on MG Road, so it's a very busy part of town with people always rushing around. Being near Punjab Jewellers helps new customers find the building since it's such a well-known landmark in this area. We fix all sorts of machines, from those old clunky ones that probably should have been replaced ten years ago to the newer stuff that’s sometimes a bit too smart for its own good. Our shop is at number 121. It’s usually pretty cluttered with spare parts, screwdrivers, and half-taken-apart rollers. People drop off their printers and tell us their troubles while we take notes on a scrap of paper. We don't use big technical words or try to confuse anyone, we just try to get the paper moving again so people can get back to work. MG Road is always noisy with traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Sometimes we have to go out to offices when the big floor models break down, which gets us out of the shop for a bit of fresh air. We’ve learned that most problems come from cheap ink or just plain bad luck. It's not glamorous work, but it's what we know how to do. We just keep at it every day.
