Meha Telesystem

We are located at Plot No. 100-B in the Vasant Vihar Colony. If you know where Bombay Hospital is, we are right near there. Meha Telesystem isn't a huge operation. It’s mostly just us handling the phones and the systems that people use every day. It can get pretty hectic in the office sometimes, especially when several things need fixing at once. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform or a lobby with free coffee. It's more of a working environment with boxes and tools around. We’ve been in this part of town for a while and like being close to the hospital area because it’s easy for people to find us. People come to us when their communication stuff stops working, and we do what we can to get it back up. We don't use big words to sound smart. If something is broken, we say it’s broken and tell you how much it costs to fix. It’s pretty straightforward. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the shop, other days we don’t even have time for lunch. That's how small businesses usually go. We aren't perfect, and we make mistakes like anyone else, but we always try to make it right for the customer. Being part of the Vasant Vihar community matters to us. It feels good when a regular customer stops by just to say hello or ask a quick question. We just keep moving forward one day at a time, keeping the systems running as they should.
