We are over at the Rafel Tower in Old Palasia, specifically in units 501 and 502. The building is at 8/2 and it’s a pretty easy place to find once you are in the area. Mcw Healthcare Pvt Ltd occupies these two units on the fifth floor. Having two units gives us a bit more breathing room for all the paperwork and files that come with healthcare work. The office feels lived-in, with stacks of folders and people moving between the rooms. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that; you just walk in and see us working. Old Palasia is a great neighborhood, even if the traffic gets a bit backed up in the afternoons. Most of us have our favorite lunch spots nearby. The building itself is decent, though it has its quirks like any older tower. We’ve set up our desks to make the most of the space, and it works out well for our daily routine. There is a lot of back-and-forth between the team members to get things sorted. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do; we just take care of the healthcare business we have on our plates. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is on the tasks at hand rather than looking like a corporate headquarters. We’re just regular people doing our jobs and making it through the week.
