Our office is on the fifth floor of Rafel Tower, units 501 and 502. We’re located at 8/2 Old Palasia, which is a pretty central part of the city. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices. We do healthcare products, mostly dealing with the distribution and administrative side of things. Since we’re up in a tower, we don't have the noise of the street right in our ears, but you can still hear the traffic from Old Palasia if the windows are open. The office is pretty standard—desks, computers, and a lot of files. We aren't into the whole "modern office" vibe with bean bags and stuff. We just have a place to work. Our team handles the orders and talks to the distributors all day. It gets busy on Mondays when all the weekend orders pile up. We’ve been in Rafel Tower for quite some time now, so the security guards and the tea man know us well. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our business comes from long-standing relationships we’ve built over the years. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important. We make sure the right healthcare supplies get to where they need to go. We keep things simple and try to avoid any unnecessary drama. Just a regular office doing our bit in the healthcare sector. Sometimes the elevators in the tower are slow, so we end up waiting around and chatting with people from the other floors. We keep our space organized enough to find what we need, even if there are stacks of papers everywhere. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. If you come by, you just walk in and talk to whoever is nearest the door. It’s a practical way to run things, and it’s served us well enough since we started here.
