Aakash Hospital

Aakash Hospital is located in the Bicholi area, and you can find us right opposite the Agrawal Public School. It is a convenient spot for the people who live nearby. Our building is not one of those massive, intimidating medical centers. It is more of a local place where people feel comfortable coming in. Since we are across from the school, we hear the kids playing during their breaks, which is a nice change from the usual hospital quiet. Inside, the hallways are clean but they definitely show some wear and tear from years of use. We have a waiting room that gets quite full on some mornings, especially during the flu season. The nurses and staff have been working here for a long time, so they know many of the patients by name. We do not have a big fancy lobby with waterfalls or anything like that. It is just a functional hospital with examination rooms and some beds for people who need to stay over. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living and working here. We focus on taking care of the basic health needs of the neighborhood. Whether it is a quick check-up or something that needs more attention, we just handle things as they come. It is a steady, busy environment and we are glad to be part of the Bicholi community.
