Map Embedded Solutions

Map Embedded Solutions is based over at Building No 455 in the Electronic Complex. It’s a good location for us because there are so many other tech-minded people around. The building itself is pretty standard for this area. Inside, we have our workstations set up with different boards, wires, and soldering tools. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens or trying to figure out why a piece of hardware isn't behaving like it should. It can get pretty quiet when everyone is focused on a problem, but then someone will start a conversation about a new project and it gets lively again. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, one of us will probably just look up from our desk and say hello. The Electronic Complex can be a bit gray and industrial, but it suits the kind of work we do. We aren't here to make things look pretty; we’re here to make things work. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when we’re working late. The commute isn't too bad, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve got a routine that works for us, and we just stick to it. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting or testing out new code for the modules we handle. It is a lot of trial and error some days.
