Mansi Chem

Mansi Chem is located over in Vijay Nagar, specifically at House No 43 in the Rajiv Vihar Colony, which is part of Scheme No 114. It’s a residential area, so we try to keep things fairly quiet so we don’t bother the neighbors too much. We deal with chemical supplies and related items. It’s a specific kind of business, so we don’t get a ton of random foot traffic. Most people who come here already know what they’re looking for. The storage area is organized as well as we can manage, though it feels like we’re always running out of shelf space. We aren't a big industrial warehouse. It’s a smaller, more personal operation. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure orders are correct before they go out. Sometimes the deliveries are a bit slow arriving, which can be frustrating, but we just deal with it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us answering the phone and helping customers who stop by. The office part of the house is where we handle all the bills and paperwork. It’s a bit cramped, but it gets the job done. We’ve been here in Rajiv Vihar for a while and we like the location. It’s convenient for us and our regulars. We just keep doing our thing every day, making sure the orders are packed and ready to go out to everyone who needs them on time.
