Manoj Surgical Industries Ltd. is located in New Palasia, at 102 Princess Centre. We’ve been in this building for a long time. It’s a decent spot for us because it’s central and people know where to find 6/3. We deal with all sorts of surgical supplies that go out to local hospitals and some further away too. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and a lot of cabinets filled with samples and files. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with suppliers or checking on delivery schedules. It can get a bit repetitive, but it’s important work for the medical community. We don't really go for big advertisements or anything fancy. We just keep the inventory moving and make sure our regular customers have what they need for their surgeries. New Palasia is a good area, and we like being part of the business community here. Sometimes the lobby gets crowded, but we just focus on our unit. We have a small team, and everyone knows their job. It’s about being consistent. We don't have a grand vision or a fancy mission statement. We just want to make sure the boxes go to the right place on time. It’s a straightforward business model and we’ve stuck with it because it works. Most days are just about managing the stock and answering questions from people who call in to check on their orders.
