Mangalam Stores

You can find us at the very start of RNT Road, right at number 01. Being on RNT Marg means there is always something going on outside our door. It is a central part of Indore, so we see all kinds of people coming through throughout the day. Mangalam Stores has been sitting here for a good while now. We do not go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People just know where we are. Inside, it is mostly just shelves filled with the usual stuff you would expect from a local shop. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it gets a little messy when we are unpacking new crates or boxes. That is just part of the job. Most of our day is spent talking to regulars or helping someone find a specific item they cannot see right away. It is not a high-tech operation. We use a simple system and keep track of things the old-fashioned way mostly. It works for us and our customers seem okay with it. Working on this road, you get used to the noise and the constant movement of the city. We open early because that is when Indore starts moving. If you need something while you are passing through the center of town, we are right there. We just aim to be a reliable stop for whoever needs us. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. No big promises.
