We are based at 150 Janki Nagar Extn. Makhijani Pvc Pvt. Ltd. has been at this address for quite some time now. The area is mostly quiet compared to the busier parts of the city, which is a nice change of pace for us. Our building is a simple structure that houses everything we do under one roof. It has a small yard in the front where we park our scooters and sometimes unload supplies when they arrive. Inside, it is mostly an open space. We do not have much in the way of fancy office furniture; it is more about being functional for the work we do. We have some desks pushed up against the walls and plenty of storage for everything we keep on hand. Every morning, we start by checking the schedule to see what needs to be moved out or organized. It is a small operation, really. There are only a few of us here, so we all end up doing a little bit of everything throughout the day. If the phone rings and the person who usually answers it is busy, someone else just grabs it. We are not big on titles or formal rules in this office. We just want to get the orders sorted and make sure nothing gets missed. The neighborhood is friendly and we know most of the people who work in the buildings nearby. Sometimes we will just stand outside for a few minutes in the afternoon to get some fresh air.
