M Hetawal & Company has been at 13 Usha Nagar Main for quite a while now. We are situated right on Annapurna Road, which is a busy stretch of Indore. If you know Mhow Naka Square, we aren't very far from there at all. The office is a very basic setup. We have our old desks and plenty of cupboards for all the paperwork we have to keep. It’s not the kind of place with glass walls or modern art. It’s a functional space for people who have a lot of work to do. The traffic outside can get pretty loud during the day, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy lobby. Usually, it’s just a few of us here. We handle things as they come in. There is no complicated process to talk to us; you just come by the office. We drink a lot of tea and spend our hours looking over files. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t do any advertising. People find us because they know where Usha Nagar Main is and they’ve heard we’ve been here for years. It’s a humble business in a familiar part of the city. We keep our heads down and focus on the tasks we have. It’s not flashy, but it’s how we like to operate. It is what it is.
