Indori Bazaar

Our shop is right here in Lokmanya Nagar and we’ve been running things for a good bit of time. If you know the area, you know it gets quite busy around here with people going about their daily routines. We mostly focus on getting things people need, especially if they have a craving for something from Indore. It’s not a huge place, just a regular store where we try to keep the shelves stocked with whatever is in demand. Some mornings we are busy unpacking boxes and making sure everything looks okay. Other times it’s quiet and we just sit and wait for the next person to walk through the door. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here in the neighborhood. We talk to the regulars about their families and what’s happening in the streets nearby. It can be a bit dusty sometimes with the traffic outside but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We try to keep things simple and honest. If we have something, we tell you, and if we don't, we try to see when it might come in next. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting bags and moving stuff around, but it keeps us busy. Lokmanya Nagar is home for us and this bazaar is just our way of staying involved with the community here. We enjoy the daily chats with the customers who stop by for their favorite snacks and pantry staples.
