Logistos Real Estate Llp

We are over at Shanti Niketan, right at units 33 and 34. It's tucked behind Bombay Hospital, so if you know that area, you know it gets a bit busy with all the cars and people coming and going. We’ve been at Logistos Real Estate Llp for a while now. Most days just start with opening the shutters and getting the tea going. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at files. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit and try to figure out where people want to live. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we get things done eventually. People drop by without calling first, which is fine because we are usually here anyway. There is a lot of dust from the road sometimes, but that’s just how it is around here. We handle the local property stuff, mostly just talking to folks about what they need and showing them around the neighborhood when we have the time. It’s a lot of paperwork and waiting for people to make up their minds. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs and a desk where we keep our maps and folders. It works for us and the people who come to see us. It’s quiet enough behind the hospital once you get away from the main gate. It is just a regular office doing regular work every day.
