Our place is located at A-9 D in the Polo Ground Industrial Area. If you know the area, it’s mostly factories and workshops around here. Light Guide Optics Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this building for a good while. It’s not the easiest place to find if it’s your first time visiting because the industrial estate layout can be a bit confusing. We usually tell people to look for the landmarks near the main gate. Inside, it’s mostly workbenches and some specialized equipment we use for our daily tasks. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we make it work. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we have a pretty consistent crew. We aren't big on meetings or long emails; we just talk across the room to get things sorted. The Polo Ground area has its quirks, like the power fluctuations now and then, but we’ve got our own setup to keep things running. We focus on getting the orders out on time. There’s no big reception area or anything flashy. Just a desk near the front and the work area in the back. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We like the neighborhood, even with the truck traffic and the dust. It feels like a place where things actually get made, and that suits us just fine without needing any extra attention.
