You can find Laxmi Land Developers P. Ltd. on the 3rd floor of Platinum Plaza. We are right behind the C-21 Mall on A.B. Road, which makes it easy to grab lunch, though the traffic around here is a nightmare sometimes. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, dealing with all the paperwork and planning that comes with land development. It’s not always exciting stuff. A lot of our day is spent on the phone with contractors or looking at maps of plots. The office gets a bit dusty with all the files we have to keep. We don’t have a big receptionist or anything. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets people in. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks a question, we give them the answer we have, even if it’s not what they want to hear that day. Development takes time and there are always delays with something or other. We’ve learned to be patient. Most of us have lived in this city our whole lives, so we know the roads and the neighborhoods pretty well. Working near the mall means it’s always busy outside, but once you get up to the third floor, it’s a bit quieter. We just keep moving through the pile of work on the desk. Every day is a bit different depending on what plot we’re looking at. It’s a job that keeps us busy.
