Our business is located at No G/5 in the Prime Trade Center, which you will find right on MG Road. We are based in the Shikh Mohla area, very close to Kothari Market. It is a very active part of town to be in. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes things easier when we have to move goods in and out. We have been operating from this same spot for a good number of years. It is not a corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical workspace where we get things done. We have got some old desks, a few chairs for visitors, and shelves filled with files and samples. The noise from the main road is constant, but it feels like part of the atmosphere here. We handle a variety of trade-related tasks throughout the day. Usually, it is a mix of answering calls and dealing with people who drop by from the market nearby. We do not have a formal mission statement or a marketing department. We just try to be honest in our dealings and keep our records straight. Some of our neighbors in the building have become good friends over time. It is a simple way of working. We start early and stay until the work for the day is finished. MG Road is a landmark itself, so most people have no trouble finding us.
