Kids Care Clinic & Advanced Vaccination Center

Our clinic is tucked away in Vaishali Nagar, right off Annapurna Road here in Indore. Being at 12-A means we are close to the main road but just far enough that the traffic noise isn't too bad most of the time. The clinic is usually full of sounds, mostly kids crying because they know a vaccination is coming or others playing with the few plastic toys we keep in the corner. It is a small space, really. We have the vaccination center set up toward the back. People from all over the 452009 zip code come through these doors. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit cramped, especially on Saturday mornings when parents aren't at work. You see the same faces after a while, parents who grew up in this neighborhood now bringing their own little ones. The walls have some old posters about health, and the floor is that typical white tile you see everywhere. It’s a practical place, not something out of a magazine. We spend a lot of time wiping down surfaces and trying to keep things organized, even though the kids usually have other plans for the waiting area. It’s just how things go at a kids' clinic. You get used to the chaos after a few years. It’s just us doing what needs to be done every day in this little slice of Indore. We keep the cabinets stocked with what we need and just keep going until the last patient leaves.
