Our place, Vetline, is tucked away in the Vikas Rekha Complex at No. 1-B. Being a unit of Simfa Labs Pvt Ltd, we have our specific way of doing things, but it’s still a very local feel here. We focus on products that help animals, which keeps us pretty busy. The complex isn't the newest, but it's where we’ve set up our shelves and desks. You’ll usually find a few of us sorting through inventory or answering the phone. It’s not a quiet library environment; there’s always something moving or being boxed up. We don’t really go for fancy decorations or anything. The walls are mostly covered in charts and schedules. Working in animal health means we hear a lot of stories from farmers and pet owners who use what we supply. We just provide the products they need without making a big fuss about it. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have our fans running. Sometimes the stairs in the complex are a bit of a climb if you’re carrying heavy boxes. We’ve been in this unit for a while and everyone around knows where we are. It’s a decent spot for us to manage things from. We don't spend money on expensive marketing campaigns. Instead, we just focus on making sure the orders go out to the right places on time. It is a simple job but it is important to us.
