Our little office and workspace are at 231-r Khatiwala Tank. If you know the area, it's not hard to find us. We deal with herbal products, which means there are always boxes stacked up in the corners and the scent of dried leaves in the air. We are a private company, but it feels more like a family business because we’ve worked together for so long. There are about ten of us handling the orders and making sure the bottles get labeled correctly. Sometimes the labels go on a bit crooked, but we fix them as we go. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly desks, some shelves, and the packing area. We get our supplies from different places and spend the mornings sorting through everything. The phone rings a lot, usually people asking about prices or when their delivery will arrive. We try to answer everyone, even if we are busy with a shipment. The Khatiwala Tank neighborhood is usually busy, so there's always noise from the street coming through the windows. We drink a lot of tea while we work and try to get everything out by the end of the day. It’s just regular work for us, making sure the herbal stuff gets to where it needs to go without any big delays. We don't have fancy brochures or a front desk person, we all just jump in and do what is needed to get the job done right.
