Our clinic is at U G 7 in the A Block of Kalindi Square. This is right on A B Road. It’s a pretty central location, so there are always cars and buses going by outside. Kalindi Square is a well-known spot, which makes it easy for people to explain where they are going. We have a small space on the upper ground floor. When you walk in, you’ll see our treatment rooms and a small area where we keep the oils and herbs. It doesn't look like a corporate office. It looks like a place where work gets done. We spend a lot of time preparing for the people who come in. There is often a faint smell of herbal products in the air, which we’ve gotten used to over the years. We open up the shutters every morning and start the day by tidying up. Sentence lengths vary depending on how much we have to do. Some days are slow and we sit near the door watching the people in the square. Other days we don't even have time to look out the window. We use simple wooden furniture and have a few plants near the entrance. Most of our visitors are people from the nearby residential blocks. We don't go in for big advertisements. We just stay here at Kalindi Square and keep the clinic running as it should be, day in and day out.
