You can find us at Flat No. 102 in the Om Shri building, which is part of Shiv Dham Colony in the Limbodi area of Indore. It’s at number 137 if you are looking for the house number. Karuneshchandra Pandey Samajik Foundation is just a small operation run out of this apartment. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby with a receptionist. It’s just a few of us and some desks squeezed into the living space. We’ve been in Indore for a while now and Limbodi is a nice, growing part of the city. Being in a colony like Shiv Dham means we see our neighbors every day when we go out for tea. We aren't corporate at all. We handle our own cleaning and our own paperwork. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of pens right when we need them, but we make it work. It’s a very local, human way of doing things. We don't have any grand slogans or missions written on the walls. We just try to help out with social issues when we can. People from the colony often drop by just to say hello or ask a simple question. We like that it’s informal and quiet. It makes the work feel more personal to us. We aren't looking to become a giant organization with offices everywhere. We just want to do a good job right here in our neighborhood. It’s practical and straightforward.
