Realife Consumer Care Pvt. Ltd. is situated out near Mangliya, in a place called Kadwali Bujurg. It is a bit of a journey to get here if you are coming from the main city area, but we like the space we have. Since we are a private limited company, there is a fair amount of formal work to do, but our day-to-day is actually pretty grounded. We handle consumer care, which basically means we spend our time listening to what people need and trying to sort out their issues with products. The office is simple. We have our computers, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of tea throughout the day. Kadwali Bujurg is a bit more relaxed than the city center, which is nice when things get stressful. We get calls from all over, and each one is different. Some people are frustrated, and some just need a bit of help understanding how something works. We just talk to them normally and try to find a solution that makes sense. It is not always easy, especially when the systems are slow or there is a lot of back and forth required. We stay until the work is finished, then head back home. It is a steady rhythm of answering phones and typing out notes. We have been at this for a while now, just doing our bit from this side of town near the highway.
