You can find us at 156 Vidya Nagar which is tucked behind the Sapna Sangeeta area. Specifically we are on Sapna Sangeeta Road but you have to look a bit behind the main shops to see where we are located. It’s a nice enough spot even if it’s not right on the front of the main street. Being a bit back from the noise actually helps because physiotherapy needs a bit of a calmer atmosphere for people to move around and do their exercises. We have some basic equipment and enough space for people to work on their recovery. Most of our visitors are people from the surrounding Vidya Nagar who are dealing with back pain or recovering from some old injury. We don't have a fancy reception or a big marketing budget to tell everyone we are here. Word usually gets around just by people talking to their neighbors. The clinic feels a bit like a workshop for the human body where we just get down to the business of moving better. It’s a lot of hard work for the patients and we are just there to guide them through it. Some days it’s quiet and other days the place is full of people stretching and trying to get their strength back. We just take it one person at a time and try to keep things honest and helpful without any of the usual medical jargon or difficult procedures.
