Living and working in Indore is just our way of life. Jargon Pharma is based right here. We don’t really see a reason to be anywhere else, honestly. The city has grown a lot lately, but we stay focused on our small corner of the pharma world. It isn't a massive operation with thousands of employees. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to get things done. The office has that smell of old paper and coffee that never quite goes away. We have our routines. Someone brings in snacks, someone else complains about the heat, and then we all get back to work. It’s not about being the biggest name out there. We just want to make sure the orders are right and the boxes go out on time. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook. Other days it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We’ve got a mix of young people and some who have been in this industry since before the internet was a big thing. We learn from each other. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when the end of the month comes around and we’re trying to close everything out. But we like it this way. It feels real. Indore is a busy place, and we’re just another part of the bustle. We just try to stay steady with our work and our lives.
