Our shop is at number 97 A on Anapurna Road, right in the Vaishali Nagar area. Jai Maa Sharda Sales Services has been part of this street for a while now. It’s a typical local business where the front door is almost always open to catch a breeze. Inside, you’ll see shelves stocked with various items and a counter where we talk to everyone who walks in. The floor might need a sweep by noon, and the paperwork usually piles up on the corner desk by the end of the week. We handle both sales and servicing, so some days are about selling a new part and other days are about trying to fix something that’s broken and old. Vaishali Nagar is a busy neighborhood, so there is a lot of foot traffic all day long. We know a lot of the neighbors by name. It’s not a high-pressure environment; we just take things as they come. If a customer has a problem, we sit down and look at it together to see what can be done. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded when a few people arrive at once, but we manage to get to everyone. There’s no big marketing team here, just a few of us making sure the business stays running. We like being on Anapurna Road because everything we need is close by. It’s an honest way to make a living, helping people find what they need.
