Jacuzzi Spa

Our place, Jacuzzi Spa, is down in the basement of the Saphire Twins building. It’s right across the street from C21 Mall on A.B. Road, which is a very busy part of the city. Being in the basement means it’s a lot quieter than the street level, which is nice for what we do. We have a few rooms set up with the tubs and the tables. The lighting is kept low because the overhead bulbs are a bit too bright. We spend most of our time keeping the place clean and making sure the water is at the right temperature. It’s a lot of maintenance work that people don’t see. The humidity can be a bit high down here, so we have to keep the vents running all the time. Sometimes the noise from the mall traffic spills over, but mostly it's just the sound of the pumps. We have a small area near the entrance where people can sit while they wait. It’s got a couple of old chairs and some magazines that are a bit dated. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local spot where we try to keep things running smoothly. The stairs down can be a bit steep, so we tell everyone to watch their step. We’ve been here for a couple of years now and know the building staff well. It’s a decent enough spot once you get inside.
