J. C. Industries

Our place is called Tripal Ghar, located at number 26 in Chhoti Gwaltoli. It’s a busy area and the building has been around for a long time. J. C. Industries is basically just a workshop where we handle different types of industrial jobs. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a clean carpet or air conditioning that works all the time. We have a few machines that have seen better days but still do the job just fine. The floor is concrete and usually has some oil stains on it. Most of the time, we’re just busy with the work at hand, whether it’s fixing something or making a new part from scratch. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here in Chhoti Gwaltoli for years and people know the name. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a big project and not enough space to move around, but we manage. We take a break around noon to eat together and talk about anything other than work. It’s a simple setup, and we like it that way. We don't try to be something we're not. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. The neighbors are mostly other workshops, so we all know each other and sometimes borrow tools if someone is in a pinch.
