Over here in Indore, our spot is at 196/A Dhanvantri Nagar. Indore has changed a lot lately, getting cleaner and busier every year, but our daily work stays pretty consistent. We focus on pre-engineered buildings, which means a lot of technical drawings and checking steel components. The office isn’t anything too special to look at. It is a functional space where we can spread out our plans and talk through the logistics. Dhanvantri Nagar is a decent area, not too far from the main parts of the city but quiet enough that we can actually get some work done. Usually, the day starts early before the sun gets too high. We have a small crew here. Most of us have lived in Indore our whole lives, so we know the local suppliers and how to get around the traffic. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. If someone needs a building structure, they come by and we sit down with a cup of tea to figure it out. It is a practical way of doing business. Sometimes the rain in the monsoon season makes things a bit slow, but we just keep at it. There’s always a bit of dust on the shelves from the construction nearby, but that’s just part of the trade. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized with our orders.
