Our office is over at Shanti Homes, specifically in Flat Number 3 on Plot 47. We’re based in the Asect Sarvdharm area, which is a pretty quiet residential spot. It’s actually run out of a place looked after by Alok Nigam. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building. It feels more like a home, which is fine by us. We spend most of our time dealing with people and trying to figure out where they fit best. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking through papers. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Usually, it's just a few of us sitting around the table working through the morning. Lunch is usually whatever we brought from home or something quick from a nearby shop. The neighborhood is calm, which helps when we have a lot of thinking to do. It’s a bit different working from a residential building, but it works for what we do. We don't need much more than a desk and a good connection. We've been here for a bit now and the neighbors don't seem to mind us. It’s just a straightforward operation. We handle the human capital side of things without making it too complicated. It’s just us trying to make things work from a small corner of Sarvdharm. No big corporate meetings or anything like that, just regular work. We keep our heads down and try to stay useful to the people who contact us.
