Our office is over in Vaishali Nagar. Being a flooring company, we have a lot of samples and heavy stuff lying around the place. Indiana International Corporation Flooring Private Limited is a long name, but we just think of ourselves as the flooring guys in the neighborhood. Vaishali Nagar is a nice area, though it can get quite busy with people moving in and out of the residential blocks. We spend a lot of our time either at the desk answering calls or out at different sites seeing how the floors are actually going down. It’s a lot of measuring and checking and making sure the colors look right under the light. We don’t really go for those high-end showrooms you see in the city center. Ours is more of a practical space where we can show people what we have without all the extra flashiness. It gets a bit messy with dust and tile pieces sometimes, but that’s the nature of the business. We have a few staff members who handle the logistics and the accounts. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks for a specific type of flooring, we tell them honestly what we have and how long it will take to get it. No big promises that we can't keep. It’s just us trying to run a decent business here in the local area. Sometimes it's stressful when supplies are late, but we just deal with it one day at a time.
