In Toto Marketing Services is based at Plot No. B/2 in Murai Mauhala. Our office isn't what you would expect for a marketing place. There are no bright lights or fancy lounge chairs. It is just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of stacks of paper. Murai Mauhala is a tight-knit neighborhood. We are tucked in between some houses and other small offices. It gets pretty busy in the narrow streets around here. We spend our time helping local businesses get their name out there. It’s mostly about talking to people and making connections. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just try to figure out what works for the shops in this area. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones keep ringing, but we manage. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. There are just a handful of us who know the local market well. We drink a lot of coffee and tea while we work through our lists. People often walk in without an appointment just to ask a question. We don't mind. It is how things are done here. We’ve been at this spot for a few years and we’ve gotten to know the rhythm of the street. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s interesting. We just try to be helpful and keep our heads down. We focus on the daily tasks rather than big fancy presentations.
