Imperial Pharma is tucked into the Dava Bazar area, specifically at 13/14 RNT 125 on Rabindranath Tagore Marg. If you know Dava Bazar, you know it’s the heart of the wholesale medicine trade. It’s a crowded place, full of energy and people moving boxes around. Our spot is right in the middle of that chaos. We have been operating from this address for years, and it feels like home to us. The walls are lined with shelves, and there is always the smell of cardboard and paper in the air. We spend our days taking orders over the phone and packing them up for the couriers. It’s not a fancy office with leather chairs. It’s a working warehouse space where utility comes first. We know the other shop owners on the Marg, and we often share a tea in the afternoons when things settle down. The traffic outside can be a headache, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We don’t do much in the way of marketing. People find us because they know we have what they need in stock. Our staff is small and we all pitch in with everything, from cleaning the floors to balancing the accounts. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of life. We just show up, do the job, and make sure the right boxes get on the right trucks before the bazaar closes for the day.
