Indore is a great city, especially for the food, and our office is in a nice enough spot. It’s a two-story building where we keep all the records for the equipment we deal with. The street outside can get pretty packed with scooters and cars, especially during the peak hours of the morning. We have a few desks scattered around the main room and a lot of filing cabinets that are starting to overflow with paperwork. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. We spend most of our time talking to people who need parts or want to know about the latest machinery. It’s a busy environment but not in a stressful corporate way. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news or what’s happening in the colony. The building stays fairly cool even when it's hot outside, which is a blessing during the peak of summer. We don't put on a show for anyone; we just provide the information people ask for and try to keep things organized. It is just a bunch of us working hard in a regular Indore neighborhood.
