Our shop, the Homoepethc Clinic And Medicin Retailer, is sitting at number 26 on Chawni Road. We are right by the Katafodn Temple in the Navlakha area. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re familiar with Navlakha. We do two things here: we see people for consultations and we also sell the medicines directly. The front part of the shop is full of glass cases where the remedies are displayed. Behind that is the small area where we talk to patients. It’s a bit of a dual setup. Because we are near the temple, we get a lot of foot traffic passing by. Some people just stop in to buy a specific bottle they’ve used before. Others come in for the first time because they saw the sign while walking to the temple. The road outside can get quite dusty, so we are always cleaning the counters. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The space is a bit cluttered because we have to store a lot of stock for the retail side. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a regular local shop. Sometimes we chat with the neighbors while we stand at the doorway. It’s a nice community to be part of. We handle the sales and the clinic work ourselves. It’s a busy life but we enjoy the variety of it.
