Holiday World Tours

Our office, Holiday World Tours, is up in Indraprasth Tower, specifically at U G 56. We’re on M G Road in Indore, not far from the Hukumchand Ghanta Ghar Square. It’s a good spot because everyone knows the clock tower. We spend our days inside this tower, mostly looking at computer screens and talking to people about their vacations or work trips. It’s not as exciting as the name might make it sound. Most of it is just paperwork and making sure bookings are confirmed. We’re a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to filing records. M G Road is always humming with activity, but it’s a bit quieter once you get inside the building. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It’s just a regular office where we do our work. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many people come through these doors. Sometimes the travel industry is unpredictable, and we have to fix mistakes made by airlines or hotels, which can be stressful. We just do our best to stay calm and get it sorted. We aren't a big national chain; we’re just a local Indore business. People come to us because they want to talk to a real person instead of a website. We just try to be helpful and keep the business running one day at a time.
