We've been over here at the C21 Business Park for a while now. It's up on the 11th floor, right across from the Radisson Blue on MR-10. Working in real estate keeps us busy every day. Most of the time we are just sorting through paperwork or talking to people about local properties. The office gets a bit noisy sometimes because it's a big building, but the view from this high up is actually pretty decent. We started Growthiq Real Estate Private Limited because we know this area well. It isn't anything fancy, just a group of us sitting at desks trying to get things done right. If you're driving over, the traffic near the square can be a real headache during rush hour, so we usually tell people to watch out for that. We handle the usual property stuff that comes up in Indore. Sometimes things go smooth, other times there are delays with the documents, but that's just how the business is. We just try to stay honest about what's happening with a deal. It’s not always easy keeping up with all the new buildings going up around here. Every week it feels like there's a new project starting near MR-10. We just stick to our corner in the C21 Square and keep working through our list of tasks. Most of our days are spent on the phone or meeting folks who walk in to ask about what is currently available for sale or rent.
