Greater Kailash Hospital

We are at 11/2 Old Palasia, right on Greater Kailash Road. This part of Old Palasia is pretty well-known, so most people don't have a hard time finding us. The hospital has been a fixture here for quite some time. It’s a big building with lots of windows, but inside it’s just a series of hallways and rooms where we do our work. We spend a lot of time on our feet. The floors are that hard tile that you see in most hospitals, and you can hear people walking from a long way off. We have a lot of different departments, so there is always someone moving something on a cart or rushing to a different floor. It’s a busy place, especially in the mornings when the clinics are full. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations. The walls have the usual signs and notices pinned up. We try to keep the place organized, but with so many people coming in and out, it’s a constant job. The staff eats lunch together when we can, usually talking about anything other than work. We see patients from all walks of life. Some come in for a quick test and others stay for a few days. We just keep the routine going. It’s a lot of checking temperatures, filling out forms, and making sure the lights stay on. It’s just what we do here in Old Palasia.
