Gorishankar Catrers

We’ve been running Gorishankar Catrers for a good while now from our spot at 10, Damodar Nagar Dhar Road. It's just a regular place where we handle food for folks around here. Sometimes it gets really busy, especially during the wedding months, but we just keep going. People know where to find us. We don't have a big fancy office or anything, just the kitchen and some space for the gear. Most of the time, we are just busy sorting out the menus and making sure we have enough staff for the next weekend. It isn't always easy work, honestly. Dealing with big groups means a lot of lifting and late nights. My cousin helps out sometimes, and we have a few regulars who come in when we have a big order. We've seen Damodar Nagar change a lot since we first set up shop. The road gets crowded these days. But we like it here. It's home. When someone comes by the Dhar Road address, they usually just want to talk about what they need for a small family dinner or maybe a bigger party. We listen and tell them what we can do. There isn't much more to it than that. We just do the cooking and the serving and try to keep things moving. It's a living. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to get the job done right so people come back next time they have a function. That’s how it works for us.
