We work out of R H 93 in the Treasure Fantasy area over in Rangwasa. It’s a residential spot, so it feels a lot different than being in the middle of a big city center. Goodwill Realtors Private Limited is basically just us in this row house, surrounded by neighbors and families. Most of the time, the area is pretty quiet, which is nice when we are trying to go through contracts or talk to someone about a house. We have a couple of desks set up in the main room. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. We usually have the door open if the weather is okay. People in Rangwasa know where we are because we’ve been around the colony for a bit. We spend our afternoons driving around to see different sites or meeting people at the gate. Sometimes we forget to refill the water cooler and have to run out to get more. It is just a normal way of working for us. We deal with what comes our way, mostly just helping people find a place to stay or sell their old spots. There are always kids playing outside and people walking their dogs, so it’s a lively place to have an office. We like the pace here because it is not too fast and we can actually talk to people. It is a simple life and a simple business.
