Glenmark Pharmaceutical Limited

You can find us at Plot No. 2, Phase 2 in the Pharma Zone SEZ. It is a very specific kind of place to work. Being in a Special Economic Zone means there are security gates and a lot of rules about who comes in and out. Glenmark Pharmaceutical Limited has a fairly large setup here, but it feels like a small world once you are inside the gates. The landscape is mostly other big buildings and wide roads that are quiet until shift change. We spend a lot of time documenting everything because that is just the nature of this industry. Our office doesn't have much personality on the outside, just concrete and glass, but inside it's where we spend most of our waking hours. The air conditioning is always humming to keep the equipment cool. We have a canteen where most of us grab a quick meal and talk about our weekend plans. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s steady. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It's mostly about following the protocols and making sure the batches are handled right. Some days are long, especially when there are audits or inspections, but we just push through. We've been at this location for years, and it has become a second home for many of the staff who travel here every morning. We just keep the wheels turning day after day.
