Gautam Research Instruments

Gautam Research Instruments is located at B-45 Sheetal Nagar. We don't operate like a normal pharmacy where you go for medicine. Instead, we deal with scientific instruments and lab supplies. The shop is more of a storage space and a small showroom for the items we carry. We have some glass cabinets to keep the more delicate pieces of equipment away from the dust. Sheetal Nagar is a pretty quiet neighborhood, which is nice because it’s not as hectic as the main city center. Our customers are usually from schools, colleges, or small labs looking for specific tools. We spend a lot of time making sure that every piece of equipment is packed correctly so it doesn't break. It involves a lot of bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard boxes. It’s just a small group of us working here, handling everything from the phone calls to the shipping. The walls are plain, and we have a couple of desks where we manage the paperwork and the orders. It’s a straightforward business without any of the flash you see in big stores. We just provide the instruments that people need for their scientific work. The pace is usually steady, and we prefer it that way so we can focus on getting the orders right for the researchers.
