The building is right on the main road, so you can't really miss it if you are driving by. We have been operating out of this Shrinagar spot for quite a while now. The place isn't fancy or modern-looking like those big private labs. We just have the machines and the space we need to help folks out. It gets busy in the morning because that is when most people want their tests done. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes there's a bit of a wait. That is just the way it is with medical stuff. We don't do any big promotions. Most people come to us because their doctor told them to or because they live nearby in the Indore GPO district. It is a straightforward operation. We open the doors, do the tests, and give out the results.
