Ancient Indian Agriculture

You have to come up to the fourth floor of Elora Plaza to find us. Shop number one is right there at the top. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is not working right, which happens more than we would like. Maharani Road is always packed with people and traffic, so getting to the building can be a bit of a headache in the mornings. We deal with agricultural things, mostly seeds and information that helps out in the fields. The office is small but we fit everything we need in there. We have stacks of papers and some samples on the shelves. It is different being in a plaza instead of being out on a farm, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people about their crops. Sometimes it is quiet and we just look out the window at the city below. We do not have a lot of staff, so everyone does a bit of everything. It is not a fancy setup with modern furniture or anything. We just have our desks and our records. People come in looking for advice or specific products, and we do what we can to help them find what they need. It is a steady kind of job and we have been at this location for a while now. The air is a bit thinner up here but at least we are away from the street noise.
