You can find us over at 69 in the Electronics Complex. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but we like it. We spend our days working on automation solutions, which sounds complicated but mostly involves us staring at circuits and computers for hours. The complex is full of other tech shops, so there’s always someone around who knows their way around a motherboard. We aren't some sleek Silicon Valley startup. Our office has mismatched chairs and a few plants that probably need more water than they get. We started Powertech because we liked fixing things and making them run automatically. It’s a small team of us. We know each other's coffee orders and who is likely to be late on a Monday morning. The work is steady, and we get a lot of local businesses asking for help with their systems. We don't go in for big advertisements. Usually, someone just hears about us from another shop in the complex and drops by. It’s a practical way to run things. The air conditioning is a bit loud, but it’s better than the heat in the middle of the day. We just focus on getting the tech right so our customers don't have to worry about it. It’s a good spot to be, right in the middle of all the electronics action. We plan on staying here as long as they'll have us. It's not fancy, but it is exactly where we need to be to do our best work. We just keep our heads down and keep building.
